PAYMENTS

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

DELIVERIES

The items are delivered by one of the following companies DHL / Selektvracht / PostNL / FedEx / B2C EUROPE. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or visible in your account.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are also provided by one of these companies.

The delivery time starts as soon as ADUH has received the payment from the customer.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.

We are available Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

Shipping costs for orders over € 50 are free in the Netherlands.

RETURN POLICY

You can return an item within the period of 14 days after delivery of the item.

A returned item must always be reported and shipped according to the return procedure, otherwise the refund may be delayed.

The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition.

Returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and applied.

ADUH will not accept items with missing labels.

After the period of 14 days, ADUH assumes that the customer is satisfied with the order.

We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.

ADUH is not responsible for damage, theft or loss.

All deliveries are subject to availability.

Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items are made within 30 days of delivery.

In case of force majeure, ADUH is entitled to dissolve the agreement between ADUH and the customer. Force majeure is a serious nuisance at ADUH or transport standstill.
